Private French (first name unknown) is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. He is a member of the California National Guard.

French is one of the many National Guardsmen assigned to protect Safe Zone India. He was present when Lieutenant Moyers addressed a crowd of neighbors regarding the safe zone and the dead zones.

Following the zombie invasion at the military base, French's fate is unknown. It is unclear whether he was able to escape the military base or if he was one of the many casualties of the zombie attack.
