Summary

King Galaxian is a boss in the 1999 video-game Pac-Man World, and its 2022 remake Pac-Man World Re-Pac. He collaborated with Orson's scheme, mainly by abducting Professor Pac-Man. As his name indicates, he is a direct reference to Namco's retro series Galaxian; as such, his level is a "shoot 'em up" battle which is distinct from the rest of the gameplay.

Standard Tactics: At the beginning of the fight, King Galaxian's head is attached to his body. In this state, his body can emit lightning bolts at the approaching enemy. Galaxian Aliens will be summoned in several groups of around 10 each, and they will harass the enemy while firing energy bullets. If King Galaxian's head is separated from his body, he will fire numerous energy bullets at his enemy, periodically attempting to eat them (if they are smaller than him) by pulling them into his mouth with his gravitational beam (if this succeeds, he will chew the enemy hard before spitting them out), or attempting to crush them with his crab-like pincer claws. He will also continue to summon various Galaxian Aliens, who will continue to fire energy bullets.
