Summary

Hugo is a mysterious child inhabiting the Room and the creator of The Batter and The Queen. He seems to have lost his mother in the past when the Zone Guardians were hopeful and idealistic people. Most of the known information about Hugo's life is revealed during the events of the Room. When "Father" left, Hugo remained in his room for a long while before his mother, the Queen, picked him up. During the time she was not there, Hugo made three friends -- The Tall Mister, The Big Mister, and The Bird -- from which point they decided to start the world anew, creating a zone for each of them to rule.

Purification can cause those within it to disappear, with the men living within 'falling into nothingness, never to return'^[2]). Could possibly have similar abilities the The Queen uses, due to her being of his creation and thus him granting her the abilities she has^[3]

Attack Potency: Unknown physically. Universe level+, possibly higher with abilities. (Is a human child^[4]. Though not noteworthy physically, Hugo created The Room^[1], which contains The Switch and three different save files, and thus three different iterations of the room^[5], he also created The Batter and The Queen^[3]. It should be noted that Hugo seemingly either can't use his powers for fighting or has no desire to)
