Power of the Verse

Bloodborne is a generally well-defined verse in terms of its power progression. At the beginning of the game, characters reach up to Multi-City Block level, based on the the Hunter's attacks with certain weapons, and scaling off the Fluorescent Flower's meteors. After defeating Vicar Amelia and progressing into the Hunter's Nightmare, characters reach Town level, based on the Living Failures's meteors. After the defeat of Rom and the reveal of the Paleblood Moon, the Hunter gains access to A Call Beyond, a powerful hunter tool that provides access to a miniature exploding star. It is also used by enemies such as Micolash and Ebrietas. This further boosts the power of Mid-Late game characters to Large Island level+. Around this time, feats from the highest tier of characters are revealed, such as the creation of the dream realms: The Hunters Dream by the Moon Presence, the Hunter's Nightmare by Kos, the Nightmare Frontier presumably by Amygdala, and the Nightmare of Mensis by Mergo (however, it is also likely to have been made by either Mergo's Wet Nurse, the Brain of Mensis, or the school of Mensis themselves). There are also feats such as the Paleblood Moon being beckoned in the waking world, and the Moon Presence moving the Moon in the Hunters dream as the highest feats in the verse at Large Planet level. These feats only scale to a select few Great Ones and late game bosses such as Gehrman. However, it should be noted that some Great Ones likely far exceed this level, such as the Moon Presence which imprisoned Gehrman, and Formless Oedon who transcends all other Great Ones.

In terms of speed, most characters are in the Massively Hypersonic as they can dodge meteors and lightning. The Moon Presence and other top tiers of the verse are Massively Hypersonic+ based on it traveling from the Moon in a short time frame.

In terms of Hax, characters are in possession of Elemental Manipulation (Of the classical four elements, but mostly limited to fire and lightning), Blood Manipulation, Flight and Levitation, Immortality, Poison Manipulation, minor forms of Healing and Regeneration, Magic, Summoning, Shapeshifting, Mind Manipulation (In the form of Lovecraftian insanity inducement and "knowledge eating") and Reality Warping.
