Oswald D. Davis, later known as Indigo, is the main antagonist of lettucekale's 2022 Rainbow Friends Wattpad fanfiction, Project ODD, serving as the unseen-overarching antagonist of Volume 1 and 2, and the final main antagonist of Volume 3. He also serves as the main antagonist of Volume 3's first bonus chapter, "Yellow and Pink's Backstory", and the unseen overarching antagonist of the second bonus chapter "A Mother's Worst Mistake". It’s also likely he will appear in the rewritten version of Volume 2 and 3.
He is the founder of the Rainbow Friends facility that started an experiment on a group of kids that turned them into the Rainbow Friends. What's worse is that he erased their memories, causing them to become feral misanthropic monsters. He is the husband of Lilia Davis and the former archenemy of his daughter, Veronica Whitlock.

Sometime in the past, Oswald founded the Rainbow Friends facility along with Trenton somewhere in San Francisco, California. In 1991, he done several unethical experiments on several children by stabbing them with a syringe, and trapping them in a machine. One of his victims, Samuel, who is also Veronica's childhood friend, would fallen victim to Oswald, as he became the Rainbow Friend, Red. He also tricked a couple by the names of Ezekiel and Emmaline into being experiments of his, by having Ezekiel leave Emmaline behind, turning her into Pink, while Ezekiel was later turned into the Rainbow Friend, Yellow, after discovering Oswald's lab.
As a result, the children ended up turning into the Rainbow Friends, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, and Pink, along with their memories from when they were human being erased. What's worse is that the Rainbow Friends would suffer excessive abuse from the employees that worked at the facility. However, this would all backfire on him when he attempted to experiment on Veronica, as Trenton would turn him into the Rainbow Friend, Indigo. However, unlike the other Rainbow Friends, he still has his memories intact.

Volume 3[]
12 years later, as Indigo, he appears to attack Veronica, and the rest of the survivors. It is revealed in a experiment file for Indigo, that the latter is indeed Oswald D. Davis. And that's not all, as he's also revealed to be the father of Veronica.
Indigo is expected to appear in the re-written version of Volume 3.

- Oswald’s monster form has a very similar appearance to Bonnie the Bunny from Five Nights at Freddy's.
- Due to lettucekale rewriting Volume 2 and 3, it’s unknown what had happened to Oswald after the Playplace closed down.
