The Lion Nezilar is a lion-themed robot and a minor antagonist in Denji Sentai Megaranger, appearing as the main antagonist in Episode 33.
He was voiced by Kouji Koike, who later voiced Dangs and Quakeross
Biography[]
The Lion Nezilar made his first appearance in the lair of Death Neziros as he was created by Dr. Hinelar from playing a tune on a hi-tech piano. The Lion Nezilar was introduced to Evil Electro-King Javious I as the first of the Psycho Nezilars.
A while later, the Lion Nezilar was at a dam, armed with a bazooka as he opened fired at it. However, what he received was the image of the location that he'd fired, so once he was done, he went to the next location.
After this, the Lion Nezilar was at the laboratory as he confronted the team. He told them that he is a Nezilar, not a Nezire. Kenta used his blaster and opened fire at the Lion Nezilar, but he deflected the shot with his bazooka. After that, he ran away as the Megarangers chased after him. Once the Kunekune were wiped out, the Lion Nezilar tempted Kenta to open fire at him which he did, but coincidentally, he'd accidentally blown up the dam, so if they attack him, they'll only destroy the city. Thankfully, MegaRed received an upgrade for his Battle Raizer, as he was able to use energy to power up his Drill Sniper Custom into the Super Drill Sniper Custom, allowing him to destroy the Lion Nezilar fast enough before he could detonate any of his bombs.
However, thanks to Bibidebi, the Lion Nezilar was then revived and grew to a giant size, prompting the team to bring out the Mega Voyager to battle him. After that, he was then destroyed by the Mega Voyager's Voyager Spartan technique.
During the crossover, the Lion Nezilar was then resurrected by the Crab Nezilar. However, he was then killed by the Mega Tector powered Megarangers.
