Ari "Dokkaebi" Jo is a playable character featured in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 and Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile and a major antagonist featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III zombies mode.

She is voiced by Judy Alice Lee, who also voiced Tomoe in Ghost of Tsushima and Arcanette in Octopath Traveler II.

Biography[]

Background[]

At some point, Ari Jo was born to unnamed parents in South Korea. She spent her childhood and teens tinkering with gadgets her parents brought home from work. She would eventually graduate with degrees in computer science and engineering from Seoul University. After graduation, she joined the South Korean military in the R&D department.

Eventually, she was recruited for her skills in a covert special forces unit with the military. She took on the skill of hacking and destroyed multiple firewalls. Later, she would get one of the most dangerous assignments in her life: infiltrate North Korea. She believed this was an opportunity to seek a new life, and eventually joined KorTac.

Working for Konni[]

In Late 2023, Ari joined Konni and, alongside Andrei Nolan, traveled to Zaravan, Urzikstan for an operation.

Dark Aether Saga[]

In 2021, Jack Fletcher approached Ari after the death of "Legacy" Baranov to be a warlord for Terminus Outcomes. She accepted and was soon deployed to Zaravan, Urzikstan alongside Rainmaker and Sona "Keres" Mirzoyan. She occupied downtown Zaravan. Later, Ari was doing work when she spotted a reconnaissance drone. She shot it out of the sky. Afterwards, Operation Deadbolt was deployed to her fortress and she was killed.
