Prologue[]
On Planet Juran, Absolutian soldiers target Ultraman Cosmos, the key to unlocking a legendary power, deeming him as dangerous to their race. Ultraman Cosmos battled the soldiers in Corona and Eclipse mode while protecting Lidorias. The Ultra League met up with Father of Ultra, Mother of Ultra, Zoffy, Ultraman Taro, and Ultraman Hikari at Inter Galactic Defense Force HQ in the Land of Light. Ultraman 80 blamed himself for Yullian's abduction, but Zoffy consoled 80 and told him to focus on what they should do next. Father of Ultra rejected Tartarus' demand for them to surrender the Land of Light. Taro suggested a rescue mission to be launched immediately, but Hikari objected as the energy fields Tartarus used would make any attempt impossible. And with the Space Science Technology Bureau out of commission from Genegarg's attack, they had no way to study them. Zoffy asked for the help of Andro Melos and the Galaxy Rescue Force. Father of Ultra then came up with a three-pronged strategy: The Tri-Squad would assemble the Ultra League to stregthen their forces, Andro Melos would lead a rescue party formed by the Galaxy Rescue Force, and the Inter Galactic Defense Force would track the movement of the Absolutians. Ultraman Ribut would be rejoining to woke with the defense force and Ultraman Joneus to instruct the defense force on battle tactics, with Ultraman Mebius helping him train recruits and Ultrawoman Grigio. Zoffy and Ultraman Taro were sent to Planet King to recruit Ultraman King.
Absolute Tartarus brought Ultraman Belial and Ultraman Tregear to the Absolute Palace on The Kingdom Central Planet. Tregear noticed how the energy of the planet was similar to the Plasma Spark's Differator Rays. Tartarus explained to Tregear and Belial the origins of the Absolutians and the situation they faced with the planet's eventually collapse from being unable to contain the Cascade Rays' high energy. They aimed to take over the Land of Light as a new homeworld. Absolute Diavolo and Absolute Titan confronted the two Ultras for entering the sacred ground of the Absolute Palace. Absolute Tartarus broke up the quarrel before anything would start, then moved on and infused Belial and Tregear with more Absolute Particles, giving them even more power. Within Narak, Yullian recognized the other captive Ultra, who bore the mark of the Cosmo Beast Fist, as someone from Planet D60 in the Draco Constellation. While Mebius trained Grigio, Joneus discussed with Ultraman Zero on how Ultraman Z was doing with the Devil Splinters. Ultraman Zero told Joneus how he was no match for Tartarus even with Ultimate Shining and asked Joneus to train him. Zoffy and Taro arrived at the King Cave on Planet King where they kneeled before Ultraman King, Leo, and Astra. Ultraman King expressed that the Ultras and the Absolutians must prevent the escalation of war. He ordered Leo and Astra to fight alongside the Ultra Warriors.
