Ultraman Justice (ウルトラマンジャスティス, Urutoraman Jasutisu) is the Legendary Ultraman who came to Earth under his human identity Julie (ジュリ, Juri).

Ultra Galaxy Fight: The Absolute Conspiracy[]
After the detection of an unusual energy reaction in multiple universes, Cosmos and Justice are lead all the way to Planet Feed in the World of the Land of Light where they cross paths with Ultraman 80, Neos, and Seven 21 who are battling Leugocyte and Gymaira. Ultraman Justice joined the rescue team on their mission to rescue princess Yullian from The Kingdom. The team of seven split up to find her whereabouts. Justice and Xenon fought against Absolute Tartarus and his Absolutian soldiers. Astra escorted Yullian out of the Narak and order the team to their rendezvous point on Planet Blizzard. Portrayal[]
Julie is portrayed by Kazue Fukiishi (吹石 一恵, Fukiishi Kazue) who provided Justice's speaking voice. Ultraman Justice is voiced by Osamu Ryutani (龍谷修武, Ryūtani Osamu) and his suit actor is Hidenori Ogino (荻野 英範, Ogino Hidenori). Justice was voiced by Megumi Han (潘 めぐみ, Han Megumi) in Ultra Galaxy Fight: The Absolute Conspiracy.

- Despite Ultraman Justice being iconic for having a female human form, Justice is the second to have a female human form. The first male Ultraman to use a female human form is Ultraseven 21.
- Justice's monologues in the movie and extracanonical stage shows are provide by female voice actresses.
- Justice's color is actually Vermilion rather than a traditional red. The first fully orange ultra would be Ultrawoman Grigio.
