Due to his major role in the series and Poppy's love interest, Branch has remained one of the most popular choices for merchandise. He's found throughout the series' merchandising, and is often the second-most commonly merchandised Troll after Poppy due to her status as the franchise's main protagonist and the fact Branch is her main love interesting means he takes part in most major storylines.

Branch was an unlockable Troll in Trolls: Crazy Party Forest!. In the game, he was a "Rainbow Troll" whose favorite activities are Hair Stunts and Trampoline. He had one of the lowest % drop rates at just 2%, with 100 parts needed to collect him.
He also acted as the Bunker's manager, and gave the player instructions on how to use it.
