Synopsis[]

Jake and Felix must infiltrate Hayley's slumber party to find out which one of them is hosting a horrible wasp monster.

Plot[]

The episode begins with the Lakewood Troop going near the Lakewood High bleachers. Jake carries a broom for what he thought was for a wasp, only for Felix to tell him they are hunting for a Vespinox and he can't catch it with a broom. Jake turns around and starts gloating about how he is a wasp guy, but as he does this the Vespinox appears behind him. Jake and Felix flee with Hayley tries to shoot at it with the Quantum Integrated Reciprocating Pulse Laser Ray only for the Vespinox to keep dodging, so she joins them and hides under the bleachers with them. Hayley runs out the bleachers and continues shooting while also trying to avoid getting stabbed by its stinger, while Jake pulls out the Freeze Ray. The Vespinox gets its stinger stuck in a trash can and Jake tries to shoot it only for the Freeze Ray not to work, due to Hayley not charging it and using the charger to charge her phone. The Vespinox becomes free and tries to fly off, so Felix uses the Blaster and shoots at it, much to Hayley's dismay. The Vespinox explodes and its goo gets all over them, Jake sarcastically saying why that's why they always use a broom.

• Jake: "Right." [The Vespinox escapes. The Freeze Ray doesn't work] "Okay, who forgot to charge the Freeze Ray?!"
• Hayley: "I had to charge my phone!"

[One of the cheerleaders is frozen in front of the bathroom mirror with the Freeze Ray in her arm raised to her head]

• Jake: "Maybe we shouldn't charge a Freeze Ray that looks like a hairdryer next to the actual hairdryer!"
• Felix: "I'LL DO THE FINGERPOINTING ROUND HERE!"

• Hayley: "Not the Pulse Cannon!" [Felix blasts the Vespinox with the Pulse Cannon]
• Felix: "Not the what?" [The Vespinox explodes, covering Jake, Hayley and Felix in Vespinox goo]
• Jake: "And that's why we use a broom."

[Jake is using the broom to clean up the Vespinox goo]

• Jake: [sarcastically] "The guy with the broom ain't looking so stupid now, is he."

• Jake: "Like, the other day, I was thinking, 'What if my hair could talk?' "

[Jake and Felix are trapped in a Vespinox web]

• Felix: "Yeah, bingo!!"
• Jake: [excitedly] "A knife?"
• Felix: "No. A hello-buddy nail file." [Two-second pause]
• Jake: "Why do you have a nail file?"
• Felix: "Because, Jake, Felice, my character, cares about her appearance!"
