The Tauntaun Icefall was a type of dessert treat created by the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs and named after Tauntauns. It was made using a blend of syrupy soda and frozen cream. After making a culinary tour of the galaxy[1] between 34 ABY and 35 ABY,[2] chef Tuggs included a recipe for the dish in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook,[1] which was published in 35 ABY.[2]

The Tauntaun Icefall was created as a recipe for the 2023 Star Wars: The Ultimate Cookbook, a recipe book written by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak. The out-of-universe recipe for the dish makes use of vanilla ice cream, cherry cola, lemon juice, vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, whipped cream, gummy worms.[1]
