- "It's a rare honor to be able to meet one's opponent face to face. You're a legend throughout the Inner Core."
"Thank you. The honor is all mine. I'm so glad you decided to surrender." - ―Obi-Wan Kenobi and Whorm Loathsom during the Battle of Christophsis
Arrowhead was an area of the Core located at the tip of the Slice and was also known as the Inner Core. Inclusive of the Core Worlds between the Perlemian Trade Route and the Corellian Run, it ranged from Vento to Corellia. The ancient area known as the Tetrahedron was found in this area as the first inklings of modern civilization.[1] Worlds in the Inner Core included Thracior.[3]
History[]
During the Imperial Period, Arrowhead Command was the Imperial fleet assigned to the defense of the Arrowhead. It was commanded by Admiral Blitzer Harrsk from the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Whirlwind.[4]
Behind the scenes[]
The Essential Atlas clearly identified the Inner Core as the Arrowhead. However, in endnotes for The Essential Atlas, Jason Fry identified the Inner Core as the Southern Core.
