Yun Jo ( 조 윤 Jo Yoon) is the main antagonist of Questism and former No. 1 of North Gangbuk High. He was one of the strongest individuals in Gangbuk and was the first known user of the System. Following the events of the North Gangbuk High War, he has since lost the powers of the system after being defeated in battle by Suhyeon Kim.
He aspired to unify the district of Gangbuk, but was later revealed by Daniel that he aimed his sights toward higher goals, with that being to unite all of Seoul.
Appearance[]
Yun Jo has a striking and intense appearance. He is tall and has a strong build, dressed entirely in black. His outfit consists of a long, dark trench coat over a black shirt and black pants, giving him a sleek and mysterious look. He has long, dark hair that frames his face, adding to his imposing presence. His expression is serious and determined, further enhancing his formidable aura.
History[]
In the past, Yun Jo was a normal student who excelled in multiple areas, got good grades, and had lots of friends. He was also a big fan of novels and never got into any fights. However, it didn't even take a month for him to unite North Gangbuk High, despite its lineup of powerful fighters. The reality is that on the night he met with Sechan Kang, the former No. 1 of North Gangbuk, Yun Jo used the Great Absorption Technique card to drain all of Sechan's stats, leaving him in a comatose state.
When he became a System User, and for what purpose is currently unknown. (Ch. 151 Daniel said: He not only wants to unify Gangbuk but also wants to unify Seoul)
Personality[]
Yun Jo is largely an enigmatic young man, having yet to show any emotion besides annoyance. Despite his position as the Top Dog of North Gangbuk, opinions seem to be split on his ability as a leader, with some like Jintae Heo almost worshipping him, while others like Daniel seem to doubt him, suggesting his uniting of North Gangbuk by force has left feelings of resentment. Yun Jo appears to have a very stoic demeanor who will stop at nothing to finish his quests, even if it means killing.
Fighting Prowess[]
As the first System User, Yun Jo is immensely strong. Due to having had the system for such a long time, he is far more experienced in it's functions and most likely has dozens of powerful cards, as his true potential is immeasurable. The only restriction to his strength is the inherent conditions of the System, meaning that if he fails a quest, he will lose all of his cards and benefits, and will be returned to who he was before receiving it.
Adding to his strength is his lack of morals, as he rendered Sechan Kang comatose in order to drain every bit of his strength, and used Jintae Heo as a disposable pawn to gauge Suhyeon Kim's strength, even using Deal to extend the fight at the permanent cost of Jintae's Intelligence and Potential.
He additionally seems to possess some knack for strategy and planning, accurately predicting that Jaeha Han would be the one most likely to be able to unite South Gangbuk, as Seok Kang was lacking in intelligence, and Hajun Gu had no interest in the conflict. Suhyeon Kim seems to be the sole exception, as Choyun wrote him off after he beat Hajun, even though the System User would go on to be the one to unite the South.
