Taro Kato (加藤太郎 ) is the younger brother of EAGLE female spy Yoko Kato.
History[]
Taro hangs out at the Snack Gon where his sister works and the Gorenger hang out whenever they don't fight against the Black Cross Army. His past-time is usually telling riddles to Daita Oiwa who tries to answer or ignore them while he is eating the shop's specialty curry.
Taro has been a hostage in a couple occasions by the Black Cross forces, including when he and his sister become captured while on a trip TV STORY-Ep. 12: Super Energy of Silver! Burning Hell and when he and his friends end up captured by a Masked Monster as part of a plot to get to the Gorenger. TV STORY-Ep. 22: Yellow Air Raid! Nightmares of Atlantis. He also has been a great help to the Gorenger in solving various problems with threats, such as suggesting the Gorenger using a Trojan Horse-method of infiltration TV STORY-Ep. 47: Big Red Counterattack! Angry Gorenger or knowing the method that was needed to discover the location of Telephone Mask's ciphered phone number to track it back to him. TV STORY-Ep. 52: The Pink Telephone Demon! Though a kid, Taro is very smart in coming up with riddles or ideas that help the Gorenger on their missions.
