Milk World (ギュウニュウワルド Gyuunyuu World, 31) is a cow-based World from the Kikaitopia Dynasty Tojitendo who was created from the Gyuunyuu Tojiru Gear that contained Gyuunyuutopia. After his death, his Tojiru Gear lasted another life by reforming a Kudaitest into Great Milk World.
History[]
In the city, Milk World used his Horn Gauntlets to whiten the whole town. However, the Zenkaiger's showed up and battle the Milk World but Hakaizer appeared much to Milk World's delight. The fight continues as Hakaizer pulls out his boomerang and attacks the team with it while Milk World cheered Hakaizer on. After that, Hakaizer gun the team down with his Gatling gauntlet and then escapes with the Milk World to cause more trouble.
Later, Milk World was seen on the bridge as he proclaimed that he'll make the entire planet a milky white. However, the Zenkaigers were very determined to not let him get away. With this Kaito transforms into Super Zenkaizer and the Zenkaigers transform to battle. Milk World tries to call out Hakaizer for help, but to no avail due to Hakaizer being busy battling with Twokaizer so he had to summon the Kudakks to aid him in the fight.
The 4 Kikainoid Zenkaigers decided to hold off the Kudakks while Kaito deal with the Milk World personally. During the fight, Kaito uses the Zenryoku Cannon and summons Blue Dolphin, Yellow Owl, GaoRed and Zyuoh Elephant to help him out in this fight against the Milk World with GaoRed does a sneak attack to the Milk World, followed by a barrage of arrows that were fired by Blue Dolphin who was using a Dolphin Arrow, then a couple of aerial slashes by Yellow Owl and finally, Zyuoh Elephant used Beast Unleashed and sent the Milk World into the air as Kaito shot the Milk World back down to the ground. Once he was weaken enough, the Zenkaigers finishes the Milk World off with the Zenryoku Zenkai Finale Buster, thus reversing the effects of the World Monster.

- Random Milk (ランダムミルク Randamu Miruku): He is able to shoot milk from his Horn Gauntlets. Anything hit with the milk will turn white and lose all color and distinctive markings. It can also erase computer and cellular data.
