Medicon is a medical-themed cyborg mutant. He is the secondary antagonist of the episode "Short-Circuited".
History[]
Medicon, like all other mutants, was created as a result of a science accident. This mutant is known in the crime world as a criminal doctor who loves to torture his patients to madness. While he is famously feared amongst mutants, Frax described him as a Quack. Before the events of the season, Medicon was captured by Time Force and frozen.
In the 21st century, he was thawed out by Nadira to help her kidnap Circuit, the robotic owl owned by the Time Force Rangers, and disable him to prevent him from calling the Time Flyers from the future.
Nadira successfully kidnapped Circuit and the mutant disabled him, rendering him unable to contact the future, before the cyborg went out to attack Silver Hills with an army of Cyclobots.
After a brief battle with the Rangers, he tore off his chain of DNA to enlarge himself. The Rangers were unable to fight him without their Zords before Trip eventually saved and repaired Circuit, who called Captain Logan and summoned the Time Flyers. The Rangers boarded their Zords and defeated the mutant, capturing and freezing him.

Personality[]
Medicon is an archetypical mad scientist who enjoys torturing people (and machines, in Circuit's case). He is very sadistic and enjoys the suffering of his "patients". He is cold, manipulative and emotionless, but he is also very loyal to Nadira.

- Mechanical Engineering: Medicon can physically change the bodies of his patients, and even deform them like he did to Circuit, which caused him to malfunction.
- Mechanical Lasers: Medicon can shoot powerful yellow or orange lasers from the head mirror-like structure connected between the middle sides of his body.
- Enlarging: Like all other mutants, Medicon can enlarge himself using his DNA Patch.
