Highness Duke Org Rasetsu (ハイネスデュークオルグ ラセツ Hainesu Dyūku Orugu Rasetsu) is the major antagonist in Hyakuju Sentai Gaoranger and the main antagonist of third arc(32-44). He was the third and last Highness Duke to be awakened, a hermaphrodite with a mass of mouths which speak in both male and female voices. He referred to himself as the "Prince of Despair". He was the Leader of the Highness Duke Orgs.
History[]
Rasetsu awakens shortly after Ura is destroyed. Upon awakening, he is accompanied by two Duke Orgs, who assisted in trying to help him find the perfect meal. He set his sights on Tetomu, upon getting a scent of her cooking. He soon discovered a boy could control to Power Animals, and tried to convince him that it was humans and their poor treatment towards the planet that was the problem, and not the Orgs. The boy turned out the be GaoGod, and temporarily took away the Power Animals, allowing Rasetsu and the Orgs to continue continue the fight without fear of them, but they were eventually returned to the Gaorangers.
Upon the failure to manipulate GaoGod, Rasetsu came up with another plan to defeat the Gaorangers. First he used Christmas Org Kurushimemas Org to obtain Kakeru Shishi's G-Phone to implant a bug-extension of him into it to pinpoint Gao's Rock. But he first tracked down the base so he could kidnap Tetomu, as he was obsessed with her cooking.
He almost got Tetomu as his chef, sacrificing Duchess Org Tsuetsue in the process while removing the Gaorangers from the picture, had the Power Animals not driven him away. Refusing to accept defeat, Rasetsu decides to complete his plan on Christmas, with his bug destroying the G-Phones prior to the fight while he smashes the G-Brace Phone.
Rasetsu then ingests his creation to assume giant size to destroy Gao Rock. But before Rasetsu can eat the gang, the Power Animals arrive, with GaoDeers restoring the Gaorangers' transformation devices. GaoMuscle and GaoHunter managed to wound the Highness Duke Org enough for GaoKentaurus to land the deathblow.
Rasetsu is later resurrected as the leader of the three Highness Duke Orgs, fighting GaoBlack and GaoBlue in a vain attempt to protect the blue idol within the lake that powers the barrier protecting the Matrix.
Though he was killed, TsueTsue uses the Org Heart to fuse him with the others to create Ultimate Org Senki.
Personality[]
He is ravenous with an appetite for anything within reach, using a knife and fork as his weapons. He treats the Duke Orgs like dirt, painfully transferring their powers to certain Baron Orgs.

- Tongue Projection: Rasetsu is able to release a long purple-colored energy tongue from his/her abdomen.
- Energy Blast: Rasetsu is able to fire a purple-colored energy blast from his/her mouth.
- Teleportation: Rasetsu is able to teleport.
- Org Energy Transferring: Rasetsu is able to fire a green-colored beam from the mouth on his/her chest which can transfer energy from one Org to another, he/she first did this by transferring Tsuetsue and Yabaiba's energies into Kyurara and Propla to power them up.
- Lightning Blast: Rasetsu is able to fire blue-colored lightning from his/her hands, the lightning can also double as snares, after being revived he/she could also fire yellow-colored lightning from his/her body.
- Visual Window: Rasetsu is able to view previous moments through an energy window he can create.
- Energy Beam: Rasetsu is able to fire a blue-colored beam from the mouth on his/her chest.

- Object Ingestion: Rasetsu is able to eat ordinary objects like food.
- Flame Blast: Rasetsu is able to expel a large stream of fire from the mouth on his/her chest.
- Strength: Rasetsu is exceptionally strong.
- Sense of Smell: Rasetsu possesses a powerful sense of smell which allows him/her to pick up the scent of anything that he/she deems delicious even from far away.
- Hand-To-Hand Combatant: Rasetsu is shown to be a skilled fighter.
- Spawn Creation: Rasetsu is able to create insect-like creatures with scorpion-like tails.
- Flight: Rasetsu's spawn can fly using insect-like wings.
- Poisoning: Rasetsu's spawn can use it's scorpion-like tails to inject a poison, the poison can even damage the G-Phones.
- Telepathic Link: Rasetsu possesses a telepathic link with his/her spawn which allows him/her to know of it's location and control whatever location that his/her spawn is in.
- Web Shooting: Rasteus's spawn can fire sticky strings from t's mouth to trap enemies.
- Energy Transformation: Rasetsu's spawn is able to change into energy for faster travel.
- Empowerment: Rasetsu's spawn can empower him/herself after eating it, which allowed him/her to grow.
- Speed: Rasetsu can run at great speeds.
- Steam Blast: Rasetsu could fire steam from his/her mouth.

- Knife & Fork: Rasetsu wielded a large blue-colored knife that can be used like a sword and a large blue-colored fork which can be used like a prong, both weapons could also combine into a double-ended staff.
- All-Carnage Ogre Blade (修羅百鬼剣 Shura Hyakkiken): The combined weapon of the three Highness Duke Org's weapons that Rasetsu shared with the other Highness Duke Org's.
- Remote: After Monitor Org was defeated and leaving a piece of himself on GaoKing, rasetsu used a special remote control which allowed him to control GaoKing.

Highness Duke Org Rasetsu's lower and main mouth is voiced by Hidekatsu Shibata (柴田秀勝, Shibata Hidekatsu), who previously voiced Captain Zahab in Seijuu Sentai Gingaman, while the upper mouth is voiced by Hiromi Nishikawa (西川宏美, Nishikawa Hiromi).
