Goradon was a massive, cybernetic lifeform composed of a spherical body with an enormous mouth and tentacles. It possessed incredible destructive powers.
History[]
General Valko vied to control Goradon so that he could present the cyborg beast to Gruumm and prove his worthiness in the Troobian Empire. To gain control, Valko needed a cyborg girl named S.O.P.H.I.E. (who was a "Series One Processor Hyper Intelligent Encryptor"). After the Rangers fought and defeated a giant robot piloted by a Bluehead, Goradon devoured the fallen robot.
After kidnapping S.O.P.H.I.E., Valko was able to gain some control over Goradon and sent it on a rampage in the city. It was confronted by the Delta Squad Megazord but proved completely immune, knocking around the Megazord even after Valko was brought in by Commander Cruger. However, the newly rescued SOPHIE was able to unlock the Delta Base's final form, the Delta Command Megazord which it swiftly assumed. Pleased to see it, the Delta Squad Megazord approached it and allowed it to insert Entry Chutes into the Megazord's neck, transferring the Rangers into its cockpit where they took up position. It then advanced slowly and knocked Goradon back with its Photon Beams to little effect so they used the Finger Lasers to hold it back before tearing Goradon apart with its devastating chest beam.
