The Giant Spider is a large monster seen in the episode "Fire Heart" and is never seen again for the rest of the series.
History[]
Not much is known about this creature, it is apparently the guardian of both the Cimmerian Forest and the Fire Heart map, it first captures two Hidiacs that were with Necrolai and the Taxi Cab Monster in a large spider web, and finally it captures Madison, Xander and Chip in a large web and was about to have them for lunch, but Phineas came to the rescue by luring the spider into a large pit, the creature then fell hundreds of feet into the ground below.

This creature doesn't have much in a way of personality, but it is shown to be a ruthless predator that eats any potential prey that it finds in the forest. It is also shown to be a little dumb, as it easily got tricked by Phineas who had set up a trap.

- Webbing: The Giant Spider can spew webbing out from its jaws to trap its prey.

- The Giant Spider is the second monster to be seen as a giant, the first being the Dark Troll.
- The Giant Spider is the first and only monster in Power Rangers Mystic Force to be fully animated.
- As with the Dark Troll, it didn't work with Morticon.
