Devil Scrap (デビルスクラップ Debiru Sukurappu, 22) was the scrap-like twenty-second and final Mechanical Monster that J.A.K.Q. fought. He was the last of Crime's Devils.

He help trained four cyborgs programmed to destroy the JAKQ team, using Crimers dressed up as J.A.K.Q. for training. Devil Scrap was ultimately destroyed by the J.A.K.Q. Covack.
