(「ワン!」 「ツー!」 「スリー!」 「フォー!」 「ファイブ!」超電子 バイオマン! Wan! Tsū! Surī! Fō! Faibu! Chōdenshi Baioman!)" - ―Biomen announcing their arrival[src]
The Chodenshi Bioman (超電子バイオマン Chōdenshi Baioman), individually known as the Biomen (バイオマン Baioman), are the 8th Super Sentai, or on occasion, referred to as the 6th team. (See notes) They were composed of five descendants of five young people showered with Bio Particles five hundred years ago by Bio Robo of the destroyed Bio Star. These five descendants were chosen by Peebo and Bio Robo to become the Bioman team in order to protect the Earth from the Neo Empire Gear, an organization led by the mad scientist Doctor Man.

Turboranger
Bioman joined up with Battle Fever, Denzimen, Sun Vulcan, Goggle-V, Dynamen, Changemen, Flashmen, Maskmen, and the Livemen, to stand behind the newest Sentai, the Turborangers, as they faced off against the Hundred Bohma Tribes. TV STORY-Counting on You! Turboranger
Gokaiger
Years later, the Space Empire Zangyack invaded Earth. This threat was so great that all of the first 34 Super Sentai, including Bioman, were needed to oppose them. The 34 Sentai put up a valiant fight against the ground forces, but when the Zangyack fleet itself attacked them, Akarenger told everyone to combine their powers and save the Earth. This destroyed the Zangyack fleet and resulted in the loss of their powers, which resurfaced as Ranger Keys, which were dispersed throughout the universe.
The keys were collected by AkaRed, and later utilized by the 35th Super Sentai, the Gokaigers, a group of five people from different planets who came to Earth in search of the Greatest Treasure in the Universe. TV STORY-Ep. 1: The Space Pirates Appear When the Gokaigers joined forces with the Goseigers against the revived Black Cross Führer, now known as the Black Cross King, they were addressed by Akarenger, along with several other representatives of past Sentai teams, including Shirou, who told the Gokaigers and Goseigers to not be afraid, that when evil approaches the earth, they must bring everyone's love together. As with the other legends present, he granted the Greater Power of his team to the Gokaigers. TV STORY-Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle Shirou and his team presumably got their powers back when the Gokaigers returned the Ranger Keys before leaving Earth after finally defeating the Zangyack. TV STORY-Final Ep.: Farewell Space Pirates
Super Hero Taisen
The Biomen, among the majority of the Super Sentai heroes, were caught up in the "Super Hero Taisen" incident. They were presumably sent to the dimensional rift, under the pretense of being defeated, by Kamen Rider Decade while he was apparently hunting the Sentai teams. When his and Captain Marvelous' ruse was revealed, Bioman appeared with the other Super Sentai through the dimensional wall, they then fought alongside all the other Sentai teams and Kamen Riders against the alliance of Dai-Shocker and Dai-Zangyack. Zyuohger
The Space Pirates Return
Evidently, the Biomen loaned their Ranger Keys - at the request of Gai Ikari - to the Gokaigers whom had temporarily returned to Earth to find and bestow the Great King's Credential to the Zyuohgers. TV STORY-Ep. 28: The Space Pirates Return Their powers were returned when the Gokaigers left for space once more having achieved their quest. TV STORY-Ep. 29: The Monarch of the Monarchs
Zyuohger vs. Ninninger
Red1 appeared as part of a conference of the first 38 Reds who addressed the Ninningers and Zyuohgers. TV STORY-Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger vs. Ninninger: Message from the Future from Super Sentai
Zenkaiger
A manifestation of the Biomen team was summoned by Juran through the Bioman Sentai Gear which allowed the Zenkaigers to use the Bio Electro Beam attack against Copy World. TV STORY-No. 21-kai! Giant Monsters of Great Destruction!

Notes
- In reference to the show itself and the order it appears, Bioman is considered the 8th Super Sentai Season. Later seasons such as Gokaiger and Zenkaiger also consider it the 8th. However, other material such as those created circa Liveman refers to it as the 6th team, as confirmed in the first episode of Turboranger.
- The Biomen are the first Sentai team to have a female Yellow Ranger, as well as the first to have two females on the same team.
- The Biomen are also the first Sentai team to have colored collars as opposed to just white.
- In the Philippines, the dubbed version of the series become English prior to other Super Sentai series have been dubbed into their native language, their Japanese names are renamed as Kenichi/Kenny (Shirou), Sammy (Shingo) Frankie (Ryuuta) Casey (Mika), June (Jun), Kimberly (Hikaru) and Yatori (Shota).
- In the Philippine dub, their introduction as Biomen is changed by introducing their names as a Bioman rather than counting numbers in Japanese and their announcing arrival is changed into "Bio Team Fight! Bioman!" instead of "Chodenshi Bioman".
- In the French dub, the names were changed with the exception of Yellow4's names (Mika and Jun) and Shota Yamamori (Magne Warrior as Soldat Magnétique) as Jacky Gor (Shirou), Fred Takan (Shingo), Bob Minara (Ryuuta), Sikou Katsura (Hikaru), and Peebolo (Peebo).
- Their names were introduced by Force (color) rather than the original designation. For example, Force Rouge (Red1, Red Force), Force Verte (Green2, Green Force), etc.
