Benny is a member of the Scorpion Cartel and a good friend of Ziggy.
History[]
He helped Ziggy escape Corinth city after Ziggy was accused of stealing a truck full of medical supplies for himself.
In reality, Ziggy donated the supplies to a local orphanage, but let Fresno Bob and the other cartel leaders think he'd taken them himself to protect the orphanage from reprisal.
Benny was the only person he confided in, and Benny later came to Doctor K with this information after the cartels captured Ziggy to punish him for his theft.
