Haven Paschall, née Burton, is a voice actress.
Little is known about Paschall's personal life, other than she became a voice actress as an adult. She joined the anime in the sixteenth season and provided the voices of several characters, most notably Concordia. In Pokémon the Series: XY, she received her most prominent role, Serena. In addition to her voice-over work, Paschall has sung a few songs for the anime.
