Cassandra Lee Morris, sometimes credited under the pseudonyms Meghan McCracken or Chloe Ragnbone, is an American voice actress formerly based in New York who has lent her voice to a few characters in Pokémon in guest appearances. She appeared in Seasons 11 and 12 (under the name Meghan McCracken) and later in Season 16.
She is currently based in Los Angeles.
