Billy Regan (also known as Billie Regan and Bill Timoney) is an American actor, voice actor, director, script writer and producer for the English dub of Pokémon. His career on Pokémon started with The Mastermind of Mirage Pokémon where he voiced the evil Dr. Yung, since then he was selected to voice Harley for Season 9, he also voices Nando and Conway.
