This Dewott is a Water-type First partner Pokémon owned by Ann. It is her first Pokémon that she received at the Indigo Academy.
Personality[]
Oshawott gets along well with its Trainer and enjoys being with her. Also, Oshawott express an interest in battling as it watches and mimic a battle while its Trainer and Liko were talking.
Biography[]
As Oshawott[]
Oshawott was given to Ann as her partner Pokémon at Indigo Academy. During their time at the school, Oshawott and Ann spent a lot of time bonding and had a battle against Liko and Sprigatito. At the end of the semester, Ann takes Oshawott with her to meet the family.[1]
Oshawott, alongside Ann, appeared in the various video calls with Liko whilst the latter was traveling, and was later present when Ann revealed to Liko that she had caught a Sandshrew.[2]
As Dewott[]
During its time with Ann and upon transferring to Naranja Academy, Oshawott was revealed to have evolved into Dewott. It later had a rematch battle with Liko's Floragato, who had also evolved at the time they last met.
However, unlike the previous battle, Dewott put up an impressive fight against the Grass Cat Pokémon, but it ended up losing this time, since Dewott was eventually defeated by Floragato's super effective Magical Leaf.[3]
