Lucas Stephen Grabeel (born November 23, 1984) is an American actor and musician. He is best known for playing Ryan Evans in High School Musical and Toby Kennish in Switched at Birth. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced Ropey-Face in "Doof 101".
