Liam Christopher O'Brien (born May 28, 1976) is an American voice actor, voice director, and writer. He is best known for voicing Gaara in Naruto and Akihiro Sanada in Persona 3. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced Red Skull in "Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel".
