Jess Harnell (born December 23, 1963) is an American voice actor and singer. He is best known for voicing Wakko Warner in Animaniacs and the titular character in Crash Bandicoot. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced Shady Joe and Phil in "Bowl-R-Ama Drama" and did additional voices in "Phineas and Ferb Hawaiian Vacation".
