"That's not what happened at all!"

Buffer is a male member of the Sons of Garmadon. He wields a shiny red sheid alongside two red katanas. He hates law and order and just wants to use his night vison goggles for fun instead of looking for ninja.
History[]
Babysitting the Hard Way![]
Buffer, alongside Scooter and another biker, appeared in Jay's story to baby Wu about roller skating bikers.
Later, the real Buffer and his boss Scooter arrived with copies of the bikes of the three generals of the Sons of Garmadon. They had been dispatched to hunt for the ninja after the Destiny's Bounty had crashed in Primeval's Eye. They found Nya in the forest but before they could attack, a cricket monster attacked, causing both sides to flee. They then followed Nya back to the crashed Bounty, but the cricket had followed them, attracted by the flags on their bikes. They prepared to alert the Quiet One of their location, but the ninja tricked them into charging at them, while the cricket charged from the other side. Both collided, and the bikes were destroyed.
The ninja would use the bike parts to repair the Bounty. They presumably took Buffer, Scooter and the other biker prisoner aboard the Bounty, until they would be freed when the Bounty was taken over by the Sons of Garmadon.
Rock Bottom![]
After the resurrection of Lord Garmadon, Buffer is seen celebrating his rule.
