Sarah Hatoff, also temporarily known as Purse Lady, is one of the three tritagonists (alongside Chief and 80-HD) of Dav Pilkey's Dog Man book series.
She is an Australian news reporter whose the biggest fan of Dog Man. She also is the owner of Zuzu.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- She helped in defeating the Mysterious Stranger and Flat Petey.
- She immediately went to help Dog Man after Li'l Petey was kidnapped by Petey.
- She convinced Chief and Dog Man to help defeat the Beasty Buildings.
- She defeated the Mecha-Weenie Leader, and therefore, the Mecha-Weenies.
- She aided in defeating Petey and Supa-Mecha Philly.
- She tried to help Chief and Milly in (temporarily) defeating the FLEAS.
- She helped save Petey from Piggy's wrath.
- She tried to argue with the corrupt judge to release the falsely imprisoned Dog Man.
- She broadcasted over the city Claymation Philly was destroying the Gassy Behemoth Studios Theater, informing Petey and Li'l Petey to help.
- She saved countless of lives within the burning theater.
- She tried to defeat Dr. Scum and his Collosal-Bot 2000.
- She tried to defeat the Fair Fairy and her army.
- She tried to rescue Dog Man from the wrath of Crud.
- She stopped Chief from trying to save Dog Man (who was saving the mayor from his burning house), which possibly saved his life.
- She convinced Petey, Li'l Petey, and Molly to help her and Dog Man defeat the returning FLEAS.
- She aided in rebuilding both the size changing flying submarine and Petey's lab.
- She tried to stop Junior from destroying their newly rebuilt size changing flying submarine.
- While it could be argued that she fails the admirable standard, she really doesn't, as heroes who are more admirable (ex. Dog Man, Petey, Li'l Petey, etc.) have more resources. Therefore, it would be unfair to compare her to them.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- She has been shown to be lethal at times, such as when she knocked out the Mecha-Weenie Leader just because he was being a minor distraction and teased the other Mecha-Weenies afterwards, causing them to run away fearfully.
