LPoCF#240 Polkadoodles

 Hello again,

Summer is definitely on its way, we are currently being serenaded (deafened) by thousands of Cicadas, I have seen several of the different varieties all (males) of which are noisy.... maybe not as loud as a few years ago when there was an abundance of double drummers, the local electricity company was around pruning plants away from overhead wires and stopped long enough to complain about the noise. I am off this week for my scans which will hopefully see my ankle repaired for the second time.

Today brings us to an all new Anything goes challenge with my teammates over at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends, this fortnight we are sponsored by Polkadoodles who kindly allowed two of our team to choose images for us to use. I chose Polkadoodles new Pretty Poinsettia and made a non-traditional Christmas card.

I'm trying to get caught up with commenting since my health ordeal. I'm so glad I got to see this beautiful card. Wow, what a great digi image and how amazing this card is. I love the colors you used for the Christmas card.

First of all, Megan, I'm so sorry about your injury to your ankle. I went back to read about what happened and just about threw up when you described the detached ligament/bony fragments ... eek! I can't even imagine the pain you have been enduring and I pray the scans are helpful and the upcoming surgery is a final success!

As for your card, it is so pretty in pink! That's a fabulous poinsettia image and I am loving the line-up of Christmas greetings! Thank you for inspiring everyone to use their NBUS! Hugs, Darnell
