Pat Bradley was a 23rd century Human male. By the late 2270s, Bradley was serving in Starfleet as an ensign, assigned as an engineer aboard the USS Enterprise.
The young Ensign Bradley accompanied Lieutenant Pavel Chekov, Dr. Leonard McCoy, and a security team consisting of Lieutenant Tom Collins, Ricky Randall and Maude Fox on a landing party to Gerald, one of the three moons of the planet Cathy in the Novak system. In the desert on Gerald, Bradley, Fox and Randall cut into a dune with their phasers and found the entrance to a glass-walled tunnel, beyond which lay one-third of the lost treasure of Vulcan.
