Sooty Rogue's Garb is dirty armor that can be equipped by women.
Like all dirty armor, the protagonist can launder it in the washing machines near Café Leblanc. Washing Sooty Regalia can result in two viable Women's armors, the outcome of which is decided randomly. The protagonist can obtain Old Sinful Bikini or Sinful Bikini.
