The Old Haori can be acquired by washing Sooty Man's Armor in Yongen-Jaya's laundromat, which costs ¥400 to use.
Clothing Grab Bag[]
The Old Haori can be acquired via the Clothing Grab Bag during Kaneshiro's Palace. The bag yields four items, each being one of three pieces of "old" armor only available during that period.
