- It's unclear if the Blue Streak appearing in this issue has any relation to the Blue Streak who served as a member of Ricadonna's Rogues. This Blue Streak appears to have telepathic abilities, whereas the previous Blue Streak's powers seemed to be purely speed-based, and tied into his costume.
