• Thor: Love and Thunder was originally supposed to open on November 5, 2021, but was later moved to February 18, 2022 and then to February 11 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.^[19][20] Along with Bale's casting confirmation, Marvel also announced that the film would be pushed back once again to May 6, 2022.^[21] The release date was later taken by Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, pushing this film back to July 8, 2022, taking the release date of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.^[22]

• The armor Thor wears during the attack on New Asgard resembles the armor he wore to hold himself together after Hela put a curse on him.
