Synopsis for "Monsters"

Dagger, Gregson Gilbert, Dragon Man and the kids captive, Diangelo blackmails Cloak to help him take over the criminal underworld. However, with help from Dagger, Gregson Gilbert and Dragon Man, the kids escape. Cloak and Dagger and Power Pack forge a friendship that will repeatedly appear in future issues.
