Norman Osborn (Earth-9411)

Green Goblin was one of the worst enemies of Spider-Man. He had lots of confrontations with the hero. Once he announced his intention to free Proteus and use him to conquer the world, but was stopped by Spidey.^[1] Later he seemed to lose his memory^[2], but the Goblin regained it and attacked Spider-Man once more.^[3]

Apparent Death[]

During a battle in Oscorp, Green Goblin was lost in the fire and the world thought he was killed by Spider-Man.^[4] However, it turned out Norman faked his death to use it as a leverage and make his son Harry insane to use him against Spider-Man.^[5]

Green Goblin No More[]

After the final showdown on the Brooklyn Bridge, Spider-Man found an injection of serum that reduced the effect of the Goblin serum in Norman's bag. By using the entire vial on Osborn, Spidey seemingly got rid of his worst enemy's evil alter ego once and for all.^[6]
