History
In this reality, Peter wasn't bitten by the Radioactive Spider, covering his eyes from the bright light of the science experiment, so that the spider fell past him. While Peter asked questions about the experiment, Cindy Moon was the only one bitten, and left feeling unwell. Peter resumed his school life, still embittered by his bullies, but marveled at news of a new "Spider-Woman", whom J. Jonah Jameson called a hoax. On the fateful night, the Burglar breached the Parker residence and Peter saved Uncle Ben from being killed, but the shot rendered his right leg so damaged that he was consigned to a crutch. Flash Thompson started protecting Peter, commending his heroism in saving his aunt and uncle, and got the school to change their view on him.
When Sandman breached Midtown High, he was planning to find somewhere to hide but was pursued and defeated by Silk, who Jameson considered a foreign spy. While Flash developed a fanboy crush on Silk, Peter developed a technology that contacted Silk via her Spider-Sense, and the two met atop Midtown High. Peter showcased his technological prowess, impressing Silk as she could have used such gadgetry when dealing with foes like Doctor Octopus. Silk confided in Peter that she was told to hide in a bunker, but events happened that compelled her to act and thus she was active as Silk now. Seeing how Silk was targeted by Jameson and understanding her instinct to act, Peter and Silk formed a team to combat future threats, with his tech helping her as she went ahead on missions. Afterwards, Peter's gadgetry would aid Silk's battles against Vulture, Mysterio, and Kraven the Hunter.
When Peter reached his senior year, he and Liz Allan were still a couple, and Peter's life was feeling better. With redesigns and tinkering, Peter also repurposed the technology he made for Silk into first prize science projects, ultimately earning the attention of Dr. Norman Osborn. After graduation, Peter made Ben and May proud, and went to Empire State University on scholarship alongside his best friend Flash Thompson. Norman congratulated Peter, being the winner of the Oscorp scholarship, and promised Peter an opening at anytime.
When Peter Parker of Earth-616 was stabbed by the Totem Dagger, his history was rewritten to match that of Earth-42155 Peter,[1] but was not long after restored to normal.[2]See Also
