Synopsis for "The End"
J. Jonah Jameson of the Daily Bugle hires Jessica to discover the true identity of Spider-Man, and assigns journalist Ben Urich to shadow Jones in order to write a series of articles chronicling her investigation. Jessica agrees to take the job, and proceeds to follow a series of "leads" through several area charities including orphanages, hospitals, and soup kitchens, racking up a steep pile of bills for the newspaper to reimburse.
Notes
Jameson's latest effort to find Spider-Man's identity is prompted by the Daily Globe outing Matt Murdock as Daredevil in Daredevil (Vol. 2) #32–33.
