Zip Toad is a Toad who appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door[]
Zip Toad is apparently very famous. When Mario gets on the Excess Express, he is supposedly in Room 1. Later, when Mario finds him with the waitress' Shell Earrings and Toodles' Gold Ring, he is revealed as Doopliss in disguise. It would later be revealed by Pennington that Zip Toad was found knocked out nearby in Rogueport which was also when Doopliss snuck aboard disguised as him. After the events of Chapter 6, Mario gets an e-mail from the real Zip Toad, thanking him for revealing Doopliss' masquerade and saying he will continue to make movies. Zip Toad is notable for being one of few characters that Mario never officially meets in person despite playing a major role in Chapter 6.
