The Destructors (also known as the Flying Bullets) is a team that is a member of the Glitz Pit in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The team consists of two Spinias and two Spanias.
In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door[]
The Destructors are only fought when they replace Bandy Andy's team after he "retires." The Destructors take the Hand-It-Overs' place of 14 should Mario's rank drop down to that if he hasn't defeated Rawk Hawk for the first time yet. After Chapter 3 has been completed, Bandy Andy and his team take their place back and the Destructors are never seen again.
In the remake, Mario can request an Exhibition Match with the Destructors during Chapter 3 regardless of his current rank, due to the fact that it is no longer possible to move down a rank after losing to a lower ranked opponent.
Trivia[]
- The Destructors are one of only two special teams that temporary replace another team due to the events of the chapter. The other being the Wings of Night.
