Layout[]
The level begins with Mario jumping through various platforms that flip each time Mario jumps. The airship features various spike traps and Rocky Wrenches. More flip panels appear near the last leg on the level, but this time, there is also a Boomerang Bro. Past the Boomerang Bro. is the final airship and where the boss lies. Upon defeating the boss, Mario is taken to the Flagpole.
Star Medals[]
- Star Medal 1: At the beginning of the level, the first Star Medal is found on one of the flip panels.
- Star Medal 2: A small opening while inside one of the airships leads Mario to the second Star Medal.
- Star Medal 3: The third and final Star Medal is found on the second set of flip panels; the Star Medal must be on the blue side to obtain.

Boss Battle[]
Like Boom Boom, Pom Pom is a large Koopa, but with a boomerang. Every time Pom Pom is hit by Mario, she becomes outraged and then attacks Mario by trying to spin all over the room.
Secrets[]
- By the flag, at the very left, there is a thin platform that if Mario (or Luigi) walks on, they will find a block with a Coin in it and, right next to it, a hidden block with a 1-up Mushroom.
