Tubs, alternatively named Basins, are an item which exclusively appear in the arcade Mario Kart games. They first appear in Mario Kart Arcade GP.
Description[]
Using a Tub on a character causes them to be whacked on the head with the Tub. In doing so, the racer is temporarily flattened as if a Thwomp landed on them, preventing them from being able to move around. It is possible to pick up a pair of three Tubs at once, specifically named Triple Tubs.
