Not to be confused with Dribble Taxi, the similarly named vehicle used by the business.

Diamond Taxi is a recurring business in the WarioWare series. It first appears in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!.

Description[]

Diamond Taxi is a taxi company run by Dribble and Spitz in Diamond City. Its purpose is for the duo to drive characters around in a taxi, not unlike real-world taxi companies, although the duo's taxi, the Dribble Taxi, has the ability to travel up into outer space.

WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$![]

In the opening cutscene of Dribble and Spitz's stage, Sci-Fi, Dribble and Spitz are seen washing their taxi during the nighttime before driving to a taxi stop. There, they pick up a young boy or girl, whose name is shared with the player's, and the passenger asks to be taken to the sea. The pier is the closest location to the sea, so the duo decide to make it the destination.

In the ending cutscene of Sci-Fi, when the duo arrive at the pier, the passenger walks to the edge, transforms into a merman or mermaid, depending on their gender, and jumps in the sea, bidding them farewell. Dribble and Spitz are left fascinated until dawn breaks, when they realize that they forgot to collect the passenger's fare.

WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$![]

In one of the bonus cutscenes, Dribble and Spitz are traveling around Diamond City, where they are called upon by a woman, who is actually Orbulon in disguise. She asks them to take her to the farthest reaches of outer space, and on the way, the woman reveals herself as Orbulon, which does not bother Dribble and Spitz. However, when the characters arrive, Orbulon drags the taxi into his Oinker, and makes them his underlings, meaning his use of Diamond Taxi was intended to be a trap. Suddenly, the vehicle gets hit by an asteroid, and the three characters fall back down to Earth, eventually landing into Dr. Crygor's Lab. The Dribble Taxi soon becomes able to float on water, and Dribble, Spitz, Orbulon, and Dr. Crygor travel to the mainland.

WarioWare: Smooth Moves[]

In the opening of Dribble and Spitz's stage, Tomorrow Hill, which is based on their story from WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!, Dribble and Spitz are once again seen washing their taxi at Diamond Taxi. Suddenly, a young woman arrives, asking for a ride to a location named Tomorrow Hill.

In the ending cutscene of the Tomorrow Hill stage, the characters arrive, but Dribble and Spitz are shocked to see that a giant spaceship had descended to the edge of Tomorrow Hill. The young lady transforms into an alien and departs. When Dribble and Spitz overcome their shock, they realize that the alien did not pay the fare.

WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase[]

Diamond Taxi makes a minor cameo in an advertisement shown after completing Dribble & Spitz's boss stage, Picket Ship. There is a gag where if the player presses A Button while the ad is shown, the Dribble Taxi breaks down.
