The Birthday Girl Rosalina is a kart which appeared in Mario Kart 7, and appears as a separate vehicle in Mario Kart Tour.

The Birthday Girl Rosalina is based of Rosalina's color scheme for the Birthday Girl, having a cyan and azure blue color scheme, as opposed to the default pink and red color scheme. In Mario Kart Tour, it is equipped with the Birthday Girl's tires.
In Mario Kart 7[]
When Rosalina is unlocked by winning the Star Cup on 150cc, only she can use the cyan and azure blue Birthday Girl. This kart is a little heavier and is faster than Peach and Daisy's Birthday Girl karts, due to Rosalina being classified as a Cruiser-weighr driver. This kart and its color scheme is used for the Normal Staff Ghost for Music Park.
In Mario Kart Tour[]
This kart debuted in the London Tour in 2019. Now, this color scheme is no longer restricted to Rosalina, and any other character can use it. Whenever the kart is used, it can increase the duration of Slipstream boosts and the points earned for getting them.
