Rodrigo is an antagonist in the Disney XD animated TV show Phineas and Ferb, serving as the main antagonist of the episode "Minor Monogram." At first, he poses himself as an exchange student willing to be mentored by Doofenshmirtz when in reality, he plans on betraying the latter once he creates a machine that he could use to destroy the Tri-State Area to complete said goal with said machine itself to rule the world.
He was voiced by Jorge Garcia.
What Makes Him Magnificent?[]
- He tricks Doofenshmirtz into thinking that he wants to be lectured by him when in reality, he seeks to betray him once he creates the machine he intends on using to take over the Tri-State Area.
- He creates a robotic trap that Perry the Platypus was unable to escape from with him having to contact O.W.C.A. headquarters for assistance.
- When Doofenshmirtz is finished with the machine that he intends on using to rule the Tri-State Area, Rodrigo traps him by summoning a rope from the robotic trap he put Perry in to tie up his leg and drag him to the floor, revealing that he used him the whole time.
- It is revealed that he had trapped Vanessa as well with her having unintentionally put on the boot initially used to trap Perry in, keeping her stuck to the floor.
What Makes Him A Baddie?[]
- Upon betraying Doof and trapping him and Vanessa, he attempts to use his propeller machine to tear the Tri-State Area apart, endangering the lives of estimately thousands of people so that he could set an example to be able to rule the rest of the world.
- He revealed to Perry that he planned on getting rid of him and Doofenshmirtz once he was done.
