Depper is an enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby's Return to Dream Land.
Physical Appearance[]
Depper is the largest type of Doomer encountered in Another Dimension. Its skin is a glowing pink and it has hair coming up in a single strand that separates into three and faces backwards, somewhat resembling a mohawk. It doesn't have wings, but instead has four large spikes coming out of its sides diagonally; two are at the top and the other two are at the bottom. The spikes are lavender with several white bands encircling them. Its mouths always hangs open to show all of its teeth.
Games[]

Depper almost always floats in from the background and tries to block the path. It takes up a lot of room because of its size, making it hard to fly around it. Once it has been positioned, it start spitting out pink orbs that are much bigger than the ones spat out by Dippas and Dupas, although these projectiles can just as easily be destroyed. Depper also has a lot more stamina, so it is recommended to use a charged-up shot from Landia to deal with it. However, after Depper explodes, its four spikes are released from its body as a last ditch attack. The spikes fly in a spread shot that is dangerous when up close, but can be easily maneuvered around when far enough away; they can also be destroyed by a couple of shots from Landia, just like the orbs. Outside the Landia side-scrolling sections, the spikes fly out in an X pattern instead.
The best move to use when battling Deppers is arguably Landia's Spiral Dragon attack, as this defeats the enemy and destroys any spikes the dragon comes in contact with.
